I would highly recommend Bled and his team. He is an excellent builder. I hired Bled for this job (master bedroom redecoration) and then also to renovate most of the rest of my house: two bathrooms, five rooms and hall, stairs and landing. His work included painting, tiling, fitting new bathrooms, changing doors and door handles, replacing light switches and light fittings, replacing skirting boards, refitting and relocating radiators, fitting wood flooring and everything else you would expect in a house renovation. At all times Bled showed great skill and knowledge and always had smart solutions to any problems my house presented to us. Bled works extremely hard, to a very high standard (he is a perfectionist) and takes great pride in doing a good job. His prices are very reasonable and he is honest and trustworthy. He went out of his way for us many times and I will certainly be using him again for future renovations. Definitely choose Bled for your job!

Bled and his team started our home refurbishment in October, renovating our entire house. Bled has an all round knowledge and experience in all different types of building work which was great for us as the whole house needed work doing. The tasks included: removal of chimney breast, installing a new porch, hung door frames and doors, removal of partition walls, plastering and skimming throughout the whole house, installing laminate flooring, plumbing, an entire new bathroom, repositioning electric sockets, re-wiring new circuits, replacing ceiling, chasing wiring, levelling of existing kitchen flooring and tiling, removal of airing cupboard, new balustrade and painting throughout the house and more. Bled and his team were very hard working, professional, punctual and always cleared up after themselves. Bled went that extra mile without us having to tell him and really made our first house into a home and we can not wait to move in. Overall we are very happy and satisfied with the quality of the work and excellent value for money. We would highly recommend Bled and his team and would definetly use him again in the future.

Bled and his team were extremely flexible with my kitchen fitting. The were punctual and very professional. They completed a kitchen fit with great skill and the finish was brilliant. Bled and Arion started work 3weeks ago.The job was to refurbish large shop , including installing large partition wall, lay down 60sqm of laminated flooring panels, building a shop front display window from scratch and painting and decorating. Bled was supposed to start works in July after we agreed a price. He came across professional and really keen to take on the work. I have since started ordering materials only to find he's ghosted me (Not answering emails, multiple phonecalls or correspondence on my builder). Really unprofessional! It's not hard to oick up the phone and let people know what's happening!

Bled did an excellent job converting the old kitchen diner in my house into a modern living room. He offered me great advice on the best ways to achieve the results I was looking for. Originally I posted a job for installing parquet flooring only, but because I was impressed by Bled's knowledge and experience with many different types of building work (roofing, refurbishment, flooring, plumbing), I hired him to do the entire refurbishment of the room. There were a large number of tasks in this project: - Removing a load bearing external wall (including door and windows) - Installing RSJ beam for support - Installing parquet flooring - Removing and sealing hot water supply - Repositioning external cold water tap - Hide pipework inside wall - Removing and sealing gas pipe - Repositioning electric sockets - Wiring for new lights, and wiring for new light switch - Replacing ceiling - Plastering walls - Painting walls, ceiling and skirting He is hard working and the quality of his work is very high. He always made the most intelligent and most sensible choices in the methods he used, ensuring his work is long lasting and free of future problems. During the lockdown, many materials were hard to find. He went the extra mile to get everything the project needed, so that there would be no delay to the deadline. If you have an old house/room in poor condition, and you want to make it look brand new like a show home, I'd definitely recommend Bled.

Very good communication skills. Very professional on the job My experience with this builder was brilliant . He had great communication skills and he did a very good job. Could not have asked for a better builder. He fitted my kitchen brilliantly he did my skirting board and he also fitted some doors. Thank you.

I hired Bledar and his team for my renovation project and I was impressed with their hard work, keen eye for detail and professionalism. The boys always turned up on time and put in a good shift. The decorating was to a good standard and the team always were willing to go the extra mile to get the job done well. The carpentry shown by Bledar in creating my floating shelves with in built LED lighting was superb, and he went out of his way to ensure the electrical wiring for the lights were in good order. The fitting of my in-built alcove shelves was spot on. I would say Bledar is up there in terms of his skill and expertise, and I was impressed with his knowledge around construction. He always gave sound advice when asked and was willing to give suggestions on better solutions to a problem. At the time of the build there was a national shortage of plaster, and Bledar ended up paying 6 times over the usual price to procure the plaster. But his professionalism meant he took responsibility for finishing the job and did not charge me any extra. In addition I had a problem with my boiler and Bledar went out of his way to help to fix it which demonstrates his sense of responsibility to the job. I also asked the guys to do extra work on top of the original request and these were all done to a good standard and was very reasonably priced. I would be happy to provide references and would welcome prospective clients over to have a look at the good work BSM Interiors have done.

We had our smallest bedroom painted, a radiator installed, a floor laid and a new door hung. The job was completed to an excellent standard, communication before the job was thorough and the job was completed on time. Would definitely rehire.
