Steve was very prompt and completed our assignment very efficiently and within the time frame. We were pleased that he worked long hours and even came on the weekend to work. In researching the Mybuilder website, I was surprised by the speed of the response to my request to paint my apartment in Beckenham. Steve Lee of Bizz-Ness Property Maintenance was the first qualified builder to apply - within a week, Steve had kindly visited my property, provided a formal quotation and undertook to start the work within two weeks - fantastic service. Steve managed to undertake the work in under two weeks - extremely professional, completely reliable, meticulous in terms of detail and very competitive in terms of cost. Steve ensured that my apartment was kept neat and tidy through our the carrying out of the work - he even undertook a couple of extra jobs whilst on the premises - hanging toilet roll holders, pictures etc. I cannot recommend Steve at Bizz-ness highly enough and would certainly use his services again in the future should the need arise. Excellent from start to finish. Steve communicated well from the beginning. He arrived at the given time and did the job well. Working to accommodate me and my work constraints to get the job done sooner rather than later. What Steve quoted is what I was charged no added extras I was so happy with his standard of work that I asked him to do another job for me which he has already completed. I would use Steve again for other jobs and would recommend to anyone.

Steve is a fantastic tradesman to have on site. His experience in property maintenance shows and he has advice on a lot of aspects relating to your home. The work was completed very satisfactory and our house was left impressively clean! If you need someone to "just get on with the job" Steve is highly recommended.

Excellent work. The quote was not the cheapest I received, but the end result proved the truth of the old adage that lowest cost does not necessarily mean best value. I have no reservation in recommending Bizz-Ness (in the person of Steve) for painting and decorating work.
