We used John to plaster our entire kitchen and dining room from stippled ceiling back to flat. From the outset John kept regular contact, he gave us a fair quote, time and date for his available date. He arrived on time, gave us the details of the process and throughout the entire job he remained focussed, motivated and enthusiastic. All work areas inside and out were kept clean and organised, a huge tasking given such a messy job. We are DELIGHTED with the final finish and are planning to use John for our next project. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND John Bird; he is fair, diligent, professional, knows his trade, skilled and quite entertaining.

John and Ben were excellent from the word go. Their quote was competitive, they were professional and the job was excellent. Nothing was too much for them to do. I would highly recommend these guys especially if you are trying to render over pebble dash.

John showed up as scheduled, and did an excellent job repairing and replastering our ceiling. We felt his price was very reasonable. He also did some repairs to the wall at the end of the stairs and refused to take any payment for the extra work. I would certainly contact John if I required further plastering work.

john is a fantastic guy . could not help enough with moving furniture around (inc a piece of granite that ways over 100kg that he moved on his own ). he was quick clean and did an extra piece of wall for pittance . very good price for a fantastic job . 5 stars ,i would recommend to anyone

I was very pleased with the finished job and the way he carried out the work. Completed job in the time stated and quoted. Kept us informed at all times. Used protective sheets for carpets and general tidiness and removed all surplus materials. I would happily recommend his work.

John is a nice guy which is important when you have work done in your home and his plastering is first class. He also had to replace some coving which was not quite so good. Would recommend John Bird Plastering if you want any plastering done.

John What a great experience to hire someone who was very professional and arrived when he said he would. His skill and attention to detail was outstanding and ill be using him again in the near future, John is a talented tradesman and I can't recommend him enough.
