Ron arrived well in time for the appointment. He was pleasant, genuine and went over and beyond, to fix a faulty socket at no extra charge to avoid a failed report. He provided my EICR promptly via email on the same day as per agreement. Ron is what every professional should aspire to be. I've booked him already for my next job.
