Investigated pressure issue. Tested boiler and pressure from meter and suggested cheaper better solution to solve problem. Offered to carry out work straight away. Explained everything clearly and offered advice on possible future boiler replacement(s). No hard sell. I'm really happy with the work completed and would definitely consider using for further work. Very professional.

Lukasz Budziszewski is a gem. He did a job for me above and beyond. In my experience, this is rare among the services provided across the board. The previous gas fitter left me stranded, he didn't only leave me stranded, he either took with him or lost a necessary part that was needed to replace my oven. After Lukasz did the job that he was engaged to do, he went to his van, brought in his tool box, found a suitable part to use, and fixed the problem at no extra cost. I went from never being able to use my oven, to being able to use it for as long as it works or until I chose to replace it. Like I said, this man is a gem. Thank you Lukasz. I will spread the word.

Lukasz responded to my job very quickly, offering some initial advice before making an appointment to attend. He arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and started to test the heating system to diagnose the fault. Lukasz was thorough, tidy and conscientious, oh, and a very nice guy too - I can only recommend him.
