No fuss and did exactly what he came to do. He was working for around 2 and a half hours and did a perfect job. Rafal came and put down laminate in a box bedroom. Very very pleased with the result, looks amazing. He is punctual, polite and efficient. Rafal quoted without seeing the job a very reasonable price, then started work the next morning!
