He is very punctual, he works very hard and the finished result is excellent. He nipped out for the correct floor plate etc. After a couple of days I noticed a slightly damaged laminate board near the door, I contacted Fatal, he responded straight away to say he would return and swap it over, again very prompt attendance, quickly swapped over and refused to take any money for time or travel. Turned up on time and was a very clean and tidy worker. I was also impressed as I had to change days last minute due to a slight delay on our house completion and rafal was very helpful and kind working around our last minute requests. Clearly unreliable, so if you want to be let down at the last minute then hire this guy otherwise avoid him like the plague! You have been warned!Answer from tradesperson:
Agreed with customer to start the job on 7th of November PROVISIONALY, due to other works at the customer house he wasn't able to give exact date. We also agreed a call in case of any changes. This is what I'm doing for a living and can't rely on PROVISIONAL bookings. Once i get certain job i let the customer know on the 31st of october that i will withdraw due to other commitments. Stating "LAST MINUTE" is kinda absurd and malicious lie! Customer gets a week notice which is fairly enough to hire someone else to do the job.

Can't speak anymore highly about this guy. He came out and had a look at the job before hand. Highest standard of work carried out. Very impressive and quick! If you need laminate laying this guy is your man.
