Rafal turned up on time and had bedroom fitted and door eased in less than 3 hours. It is an excellent job. Would highly recommend him. He had to cut up old carpet. He left the room tidy and ready for use. Can not recommend him enough

Initially Rafal came over and he was very kind and helpful also his quote was one of the best I had. I read the reviews as well, so I decided to proceed with him. I've bought the laminate myself but I couldn't find the t-bars and edge trims needed so we agreed that he would install the laminate and he would come over another day to complete the job. Once I found the appropriate trims I contacted him in order to arrange when he would be able to come over to install them. He replied in my first text message saying that he had a family emergency and he wasn't sure that he will be back. I respected that so after a month I attempted to contact him again (via phone and text messages) but this time no response at all. However I was able to confirm that he was back in doing jobs for other people. In terms of the actual job I had no massive complains however in terms of professionalism I would say Rafal has a lot of space for improvement.

I am absolutely delighted with my new floor! My house is transformed and looks better than I imagined. I wasn't expecting perfection due to some awkward and uneven areas however it looks fantastic. Rafal was polite and respectful, and was very accommodating when I had to re arrange the job at the last minute. He worked fast and was the price was reasonable so I am a very happy customer! Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Rafal did a fantastic job on the flooring. He was a good communicator, clearly explained what was needed and was able to schedule the job into his diary quickly.
