Rafal did an excellent job - 35qm fitted in our lounge and hall in just 5 hours! Very neat job and great attention to detail. Can't fault it!

Rafal contacted us straight away with a competitive quote and dates he could complete. He arrived bang on time and completed the work within the time frame he'd given. He was polite and friendly and very helpful. When he realised we hadn't got beading, he suggested he charge us less than quoted and come back to finish when we purchased it and pay the balance then. We thought this was very honest and professional. True to his word he came back a week later and finished the job. This was a first class service and we highly recommend Rafal.

This is a detailed review but if you're short of time I will simply say: hire Rafal. We chose Rafal for our job of fitting engineered flooring across 5 rooms after reviewing his extensive feedback and the price quoted. Others are entirely correct in citing Rafal's work ethic and commitment to customers as outstanding - with us he went above and beyond in many ways. Firstly, he came out to see the job in person to check some preliminary aspects, on a weekend and at no charge. He then completed all the rooms bar one (see below) at a very efficient speed, taking the time to listen to our particular requests. He offered his insight, was punctual and effectively worked non-stop. That did not compromise the quality of his work - he is an expert. He is also a polite, honest man who genuinely cares about his work and customers. He showed this in abundance with us. We had an issue with our subfloor (a third party's fault) that we, and Rafal, agreed needed remedying before the work could commence. It ultimately took around 4 months for the work to be carried out. Despite this, Rafal was entirely understanding - not increasing his quote and making time to both complete the job when able and to visit us in his own time (at no extra charge) to check whether the subfloor was suitable for laying the floor, and still remaining committed despite numerous delays. I am very glad we hired Rafal. He went above and beyond for us and is a great person. I absolutely recommend him.
