Rafal was punctual, respectful and polite, I felt at ease with him almost immediately. He listened to what I had to say, completed the living room and hall floor in only a few hours. The workmanship is excellent. I’m very happy with the floors. I would hire him again with no hesitation. He collected the rubbish and neatly tied it in a bag. He even used his initiative and placed cardboard under the metal sofa legs to protect the floor. Thankyou Rafal for an all round excellent job.
