Very unreliable person. Overcharged us for the job although we agreed for a price from beginning. Also after a short time after he finished the job the laminate flooring started to dismantle. Tried to call Russell back and he kept declining the calls. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Would use again with no problem. Excellent job, tidy, well priced. I am very pleased with the work.

Asked for a quote to renew a wooden dance floor in our local social club and supplied this within a week, came just after Christmas on a Bank Holiday to start and finished to a very high standard within 2 days.

Do not use this man under any circumstances. Called him six weeks ago. Booked an appointment. He did not turn up. Claimed he had lost his phone. This has now happened three times with different excuses. Very, very, very annoying and frustrating. How did this man pass the rigorous vetting process claimed by my builder?

Excellent finished job, good value, our paint-stained parquet now looks as new. Missing sections and pieces carefully replaced. (Russell was less good at sticking to planned dates and times,but the quality of workmanship made it worthwhile in the end.)
