Ben responded really quickly. When my boiler couldn't be fixed he spent a long time trying to find a good replacement and managed to get one delivered quickly. His rates were very reasonable and he did a great job. He's since been back to fix underfloor heating pump and various valves on my heating system. Would highly recommend.

Ben did a reasonable job fitting the boiler, but did the usual unprofessional trick of leaving all the rubbish, not valuable copper, because ‘it costs him to dispose of it’. The real problem is aftercare, we have an issue with the boiler making excessive noise but I just cannot get him to come and deal with it. Cancelled appointments, constant promises of ‘I’ll just check my diary’ and still nothing. I have contacted him more that 10 times at this point, I don’t like to leave negative reviews but it has come to this.
