Jamie has done a wonderful job re-tiling our 250 yr old cottage. He and his workers arrived promptly every day and completed the the work faster than expected, the site was cleared at the end of each day all the chaps were polite, helpful and friendly and kept me informed as to what was happening. His price for the job was more than fair and we had 5 quotes in total. We have no doubts that we chose the right contractor. Jamie Batstones was the person I hired for a roofing job on my mother in laws 1930s semi. After contacting many contractors Jamies promt response to visit for a quote was undertaken. This gave my Mother inlaw enough indication that he was the man for the work.A fair quote was efficently and traditonally supplied by post on headed buisness paper, with a clear break down of the total costs.. so much nicer than an email quote. A friendly man with a nice manner, and his level of organisation was impressive at every stage.. and no detail was left out. Jamie arrived promptly and carried out the work professionally for the tile replacements and the chimney repointing. He done the job in the stated time frame, and was respectful of the neighbourhood and the property. Cleaned up well after completion, and left behind a very nice roof restortion and a very happy costumer. We jointly would recommend Jamie totally.

Jamie Batstone was very friendly and professional carrying out the strip and recover of my semi detached house. He removed the old felt and batten and replaced it with good quality materials this included the lead work around the chimney, restoring the roof to original style not only leaving it weather proof and leak free but extremely tidy! A fair price was quoted and matched & was even finished ahead of schedule which worked very well for me! Jamie put in extra hours when needed working extremely hard, he had a positive attitude and he kept his work & surroundings clean & tidy! Would definitely recommend!

Jamie was very professional from start to finish on our job. He stripped our roof, re-felted, battened, re-tiled, installed new fascia, guttering, soffit and flashed around our chimney. It has transformed our property. Jamie's work was superb! He started on time, and was finished in the timescale he initially set out for the job. Importantly his price was competitive and was the same as he originally quoted for at the start - No hidden extras which I can't stand. I would highly recommend Jamie for anyone looking for work to their roof, or work to a new roof on an extension.
