Good team involved here and happy with the final work. As with all work I've ever had done there were a few minor things I needed looking at or redone. Guys came round within a day or two and sorted without any issue. Only took full payment when I was 100% satisfied. Happy to recommend.

Really delighted with the end result of our new bathroom. Good advice and very competent work. Very impressed with the quality of the High Life fixtures and fittings which we were recommended to use. Richard and his team did a great job.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Excellent price and workmanship. The bathroom went under a complete makeover and looks great. My mother in law is elderly and the workmen were extremely sensitive to her needs at all times. Nothing was a bother. Would highly recommend Allan and will use him again in the future.

Really happy with the finish and overall look of the bathroom. The metro tiles and taps keep a traditional feel while the bath, sink and toliet fittings add a modern edge to it. Chuffed with the feature wall/tiles too! The guys were great and managed to minimise the inconvenience while working in a very small space. Work was completed by the team in 5 days (even with a sick day in the middle) so only 4 days work, though bathroom was back in a usable condition again in 3 days. Allan from Bathtopia was great at the initial consultation, measured everything up and offered brochures to source fixtures and fittings. Email correspondence was great too and work proceeded quickly after agreeing a quote (within 1 week). Price on a par with other quotes which were going to take longer to complete the work. Would highly recommend!

Fast workers, and worked really well with my small use of space. Could be better with commutation but that's because they are so busy!

Bathtopia took our dated bathroom and replaced it with a smart modern finish. The experience was generally very positive. Allan was a breath of fresh air as a salesman and was upfront about pricing, trade discounts and his lack of willingness to go down the 'double glazing salesman' route of a pressured sale. He answered follow up questions and organised the procurement of the various fittings to try and keep costs down. Everything was very transparent. The fitters tried to start early (unheard of for us, but unfortunately the timings didn't work). They left the place immaculate and only ran a day over the initial estimate of 3 days, which we had anticipated. We were particularly pleased with the tiler, who did a wonderful job with our chosen tiles and did himself proud. We did experience a few niggles. Firstly, it felt a bit like we were chasing people (fitters/painter etc.) We went with Bathtopia so that someone else would be doing this for us (as opposed to hiring different contractors for the different trades and then trying to bring them together). Not the end of the world, but one to note for future? While minor snagging issues were dealt with quickly, we were unimpressed to find water leaking through our kitchen ceiling on a Sunday morning! We appreciate one of the fitters coming back out to sort it a.s.a.p., but this did detract from our overall experience.

I am absolutely delighted with my revamped bathroom - walls and floor re-tiled, new bath and radiators fitted, and other fittings re-instated. Allan came out promptly and gave sound design advice, and helped me choose the fittings which he then ordered - the only thing I had to source was the tiles, and Allan was able to secure discounts at tile and plumbing suppliers. It's also worth noting that Allan responded very quickly and fully to various queries I had before deciding which quote to accept. Once started the job was completed in under 3 days, which was a bonus as others quoted at least 5 days. Richie, Craig and all the guys arrived promptly, worked solidly, left everything clean and tidy, and all rubbish was removed - again, not something all companies do. The guys even collected all the materials from the suppliers, so I didn't have to worry about stuff being delivered in advance and where to store it. The quality of finish is excellent, with great attention to detail, including suggestions made for tweaks to enhance the overall effect. A couple of minor snagging items were dealt with quickly and easily. Bathtopia weren't the cheapest, but of the quotes that I got, they provided the most comprehensive all-round service by far, taking much of the hassle out of the project, which was a key factor for me. I am very happy with all aspects of the job, and would have no hesitation in using Bathtopia again, and recommending them to others.

I can't praise Bathtopia enough. This team were exceptionally hard working, efficient, clean, helpful, and polite. The job was completed in two and a half days and is beautifully finished. My thanks to John, the junk collector, who left the patio in a better state than it was before. I'm delighted. A big thanks to everbody from Dr. E. Winslow. Would highly recommend this company.

Allan &all the team done an amazing job in our bathroom, we were unsure at first of our choice of fitting & when we phoned Allan it was not a problem to change things The standard of work from Ritchie ,Kevin & the two Craigs first class great team .They said the work would be done in 3 days & it was Great workers they all know their trades, would recommend them anytime.
