Apologies that this was not to your satisfaction. The carpet you supplied was second hand and unfortunately poor quality. You also complained and asked for a reduced price about other flooring which I did not even lay. In order to ensure you were satisfied, I charged you almost 20% less than the agreed price for the flooring I did complete as it was clear you were looking for a reduced price regardless of how well the flooring was fitted. For future bookings with other floor layers, I would advise you to make them aware that it is second hand carpet as most would advise against having it fitted. Kind regards - Jack.
