The agent was polite, punctual and very helpful in terms of giving different options based on the customer budget. The job was done very well and in timely manner which was beyond my expectations I will recommend the agent to anyone as he was patient, pay attention to detail and listen to customer without being judgmental as others will tend to do. Banu turned up to quote our job which was peeling some wallpaper off walls.He then went on to say he could plaster, paint and fit new skirting board for us.We agreed a price &he started the next day.The price he quoted was only labour,we had to buy materials which we wasn’t made aware of that.Banu went to pick up the skirting board we had chosen.I sent him the item number/photos from the website and the price. He came back with skirting broad more expensive&this wasn’t checked with us first, he supplied a receipt which I queried with him, Banu had to buy more materials,Their were 2 items I didn’t pay for, one item which had been refunded&purchase of a saw which was never seen.This wasn’t disclosed to us Banu painted the walls but we feel this job was rushed, after a few days of natural light we noticed many areas of patchy walls where the undercoat of white was showing through,skirting board lines were not good,no masking tape had been used so the lines overlap, my husband was really disappointed with the finish&told Banu who came back to rectify,but he didn’t bring any materials with.It also came to light afterwards that he had taken a used paint tray and roller that was drying in our bathroom to use,i queried this with Banu he said he didn’t know it was ours&has since paid money to us to re-buy a new set. Overall Banu worked hard but the job was rushed&not up to our standards, the walls from plastering still show some cracks and crater marks which is really disappointing
