Dealing with George was really easy. His team turned up on time and were all really nice guys. Drive tarred and all tidied up with no problems at all. I would recommend to anyone

George and colleague's arrived as per agreement. Went through the plan again for our front garden and drive. Very helpful and informative throughout the process. Colleague's very helpful. Areas left clean and tidy. Would we recommend Balmoral, a resounding YES.

George was prompt in quoting, we were happy with quote, work was scheduled in and done in agreed time. Gravel drive looks good, very tidy job. Also added in a couple of small extra requirements with no trouble. Timely communications and ensured we were happy with work. Pleasant to work with. No problems, would be happy to use again.

Professional, friendly, polite and fair are the best words I can think of to describe my experience with George and his crew. From the moment we first spoke on the phone right up until the day of the job he provided me with the highest standard of customer care. He addressed every question I had and provided me with the upmost confidence in his ability to carriy out the work to the highest standard. When it came to it I got exactly what I wanted which was to have the job done to the highest standard without me having to worry about a thing. I have no hesitation in reccommending Balmoral Contractors to my friends or family or anyone else who believes that if a jobs worth doing it's worth doing properly.
