Without asking or charging us any more he also adjusted the bath plug which didn’t work properly. A big thank you for that. Although Ste didn't do any work, his advise was invaluable. I was able to get in touch with Severn Trent, who came out immediately and fixed the leak. I feel this is most unfair as I visited and accessed the job as requested. All plumbing was fine as agreed on site with client. The real problem was with the appliance as long suggested, I took out his integrated washing machine, checked under the kitchen sink.all plumbing good. We were agreed that I would go back when he was ready. (New machine ) Heard nothing until the above. Frustrating All the best Ste Ps I only charged him £20
