Ely, the installation expert, was a lovely guy. Very friendly and chatty but this did not stop him working very quickly. The loft looks great and I wish we had got this done last year.

Martin has just left our house following a thorough inspection of our 2 lofts. He not only replaced insulation disrupted by a plumber but also reassured us that our current insulation is very good and doesn't need replacing. We are very grateful for his sensible advice and will warmly recommend him and his company in future.
