The work was carried out very well, Ashley arrived when he said he would and explained what he would be doing. Completed the work in good time and was very tidy.

Ashley sorted our problem with the heating system,he turned up when he said he would,gave a detailed quotation and carried out the desired work in a clean and professional manor with thoughtfulness in using protection to cover adjacent areas and access routes. We were very pleased with the work carried out and now have a correctly working system. We wil certainly be using him in future for our heating ,gas and plumbing problems .We would throughly recommend Atom services to our friends and family.

Ashley, came promptly to quote for the work. You get the sense very quickly that you’re in the presence of someone who knows what they are talking about. The job was to install two new cast iron radiators. The ground floor one needed him to cut into the concrete to access the supply pipes and adapt the existing micro bore pipes to the standard ones. Ashley rose to the task and did a very good job. He also disconnected the gas supply to my coal effect gas fire. Very good workman, good communicator and his apprentice was hard working too. Why can’t all plumbers work like Ashley? I was very impressed with his work.

Job was done within a few hrs

Ashley arrived when he said he would, was comfortable with and knowledgeable about my old boiler - found it had been installed in 2002, I think. Job was done carefully in good time, and I’ll have him back to service my boiler next year.

Ashley was found on Mybuilder web site we had never used before, he arrived within two hours of initial contact over the phone, very knowledgeable & professional completed the works to complete satisfaction & have since used again for service of gas boiler, would recommend for anybody to use this plumber.
