Scott, arranged to complete our two job in the same day. They were delayed, as Scott had to attend to an emergency call out. Despite the delay, and the time spent on the call out, Scott completed his commitment to us and completed out two jobs the same day. Scott showed to us, that he will endeavour to fulfill his commitment and get the work done, as promised. He produced excellent work for us and going forward. Replaced to a high standard and checked to ensure quality. Extremely friendly and respected social distancing rules. Did extra work that was not obvious when quoting initially and charged minimal extra for this work (only to cover costs). Would definitely hire again.
