Thank you for your feedback but this review is very unfair. We informed you that your roof was leaking in multiple places but you insisted on us repairing just one part to keep your tenant off your back for the time being which we reluctantly agreed to but advised you it will leak still in other areas to which you said was ‘fine for now’ When it continued to leak you called us and we told you the necessary steps to make your roof weathertight you weren’t happy to spend the money required to do so and so told us you were going to seek other quotes. You have now left a review which is unfair but we accept that you just weren’t nice genuine guy. I can see as to why your tenants have so many issues with you Thanks for the feedback

Review left on 11 Mar 2026Rating: 5 out of 5Gutter and Downpipe CleaningAbraham was able to come for the job on the day which was brilliant. He listened to my concerns and took pictures of before and after cleaning the gutters. He phoned me while there and explained any issues very clearly so that I was fully informed of the situation. He noticed that my neighbours guttering was blocked which is why water was not running through to the downpipe which is located at the end of my neighbours house. He even knocked on the neighbours door and explained the issues I was having with the downpipe being on their side. Abraham took pictures of all 3 houses that were being affected by the downpipe at the back and front streets. The pictures he took highlighted the areas that were cleaned and where the downpipe was situated and how the back log was flowing. He also fixed a couple of gutters, that needed resealing and took pictures of what he took out of the gutters. I felt fully informed, happy and comfortable as he was very transparent and fair. Abraham was very professional & everything was completed as scheduled with the workmen tidying up all the debris etc. We are very pleased with the roof & workmanship & have no hesitation in recommending Aspire roofing.Answer from tradesperson:
