Kerry and his team did a wonderful job of repairing damaged guttering which was causing damp problems and damage. They arrived on time to an agreed time and performed the relevant tasks quietly and efficiently. Leaving us with confidence and satisfaction. They also took their time to fully diagnose the problem and provided us with various cost efficient options. Kerry did an excellent job re-asphalting the steps outside my house. He turned up on time and worked hard to get the job done. I would happily recommend him and will be having him back to do more work on the front garden.

Kerry and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They were reliable, professional and did a great job fixing my leaking downpipe and paving the basement stairs. Kerry is very knowledgeable, easy to deal with, contactable at all times and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend Kerry and am having him back next months to re-asphalt the stairs.

We had multiple long-standing leaks from our dormer box - a degraded felt roof and exposed wood cheeks. Understanding where each leak came from was not straight forward - every roofer we had in had a different explanation for why it was happening Of the potential roofers, Kerry showed the most keenness to understand where the leaks were coming from. He and his men spent more time investigating (before the quote) than all the other firms put together. I had real confidence that his proposed works would likely fix the problem. He and his men also turned up when he said they would Once engaged, Kerry was able to arrange quick installation of the scaffolding and his men were on the job the following week. He explained how each phase of the job would proceed and what would be involved in each The workers were friendly and professional and to my untrained eye did their work to a high quality. It seemed that doing a good job and really fixing the problem was high on their priority list During the job we discovered another leak to a different part of the house. Eurolay were happy to investigate, quote and fix it while on site. After they left and after the invoice was paid, there was some further problems with this leak. They dutifully sent someone to investigate and make further fixes Most of my chats with Eurolay were via email and response times were very good - an hour or two if not just a few minutes. I found however that SMS and phone contact was more effective
