Kerry was very polite, professional and helpful - he answered all of our questions and we felt very comfortable having him complete works to our roof. I met Kerry today for the first time. He was very thorough and professional in his approach. Kerry talked with me about the job I outlined for him to do. He made it all very clear and positive, told me I should contact my neighbour in case there was water penetration to their balcony,from my own defective balcony. At no time did he pressure me to engage him, rather than someone else I had contacted. Kerry was never condescending to me as lay person and when it was time for him to leave my home, he made it clear how to contact him again and left me a leaflet about his business. I felt very confident in him as a professional person.

Kerry responded to our enquiry very promptly and carried out a thorough survey with plenty of photographs as a basis for his recommendations and quotation. His quotation was reasonable and the work was carried out very professionally as soon as the weather permitted. We will use Eurolay Asphalt and Roofing again.

I have to say, Kerry was by far the most professional of all the roofers I had round to give me a quote. He was clear and thorough and his quote beat the others by a significant amount. On the day of works, he turned up promptly and got on with it. I was more than happy with the finished result. It looks neat and even though it hasn't rained heavily since, I feel confident that the job done was a good one. In any case, he has guaranteed the work. He went so far as to take a number of pictures of work done so I could see the difference in the before and after.
