Kerry managed to fit his busy diary around me, so that we could discuss my leaking roof together and decide what the best solution was. He explains things clearly and gives simple choices, and he turns up on time and does the best job possible. Reliable, trustworthy, good work, good man. Thanks!

I originally hired Kerry to fix my leaky flat roof, he was very quick to come round and have a look and gave a very reasonable/ competitive quote and thoroughly explained all the work that would need to be done. He completed the job quickly and it looks great. Kerry and his team were professional, polite, left the place tidy and most importantly the roof looks great and is water tight! Since then I have hired him to do some more work on another section of the roof which is about to begin this week. I would highly recommend Eurolay for anyone looking for honest, prompt work done to a very high standard. thanks!

Kerry and Tony were very efficient and punctual,did a great job on Asphalting our front steps ( I took some photos for his website ) I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended.

Kerry has been professional and helpful throughout, and quoted a fair price, unlike some, who seem to be in the business of quoting astronomically in the hope of every now and again finding a mug willing to pay such prices. He liaised with my tenants and they were perfectly happy with the minimal disruption caused. He was able to schedule the work quickly so no long delay waiting for work to start. Its a little too early to be sure that the steps are now leak-free, and I've not yet seen the work in person (living hundreds of miles away) but all the signs from photos, and the opinion of the tenants, are that the work has been done to a high standard, so I'm looking forward to a drier cupboard and the hallway walls slowly drying out! Hopefully I'll be able to use Eurolay again when I can justify some more (non-essential) work he has quoted for...

This is the second time I have hired Eurolay. I was happy with their work the first time and didn't hesitate to get them back to deal with another issue. Again, work was on time, tidy, clear and as promised. I was not home for most of the work but Kerry kept me informed of what was being done throughout the process. The quality of finish is very high.

Kerry was clear and upfront, explaining what he was doing and why. He worked cleanly and quickly, showing us what he had done afterwards and checking up that all was as we wanted. High quality work. We would highly recommend him.

Kerry has been a breath of fresh air to deal with from the moment he came around to quote. Not only has the work been completed to a high standard for a very competitive price in a short time frame but also his communication throughout has been first class. Job: Asphalt a pathway and steps of a period property. 5 quotes, and some were v.local to us. Decided to go with Kerry at Eurolay as he firstly gave us a fairly priced quote, which was nice considering some of the clear opportunists out there, & the fact that he took a lot of hassle out of the process. He viewed the site without me being there. Love it! He arrived promptly on time with a colleague to carry out the job. We had to take slightly longer to complete as Kerry had to deal with a very abusive neighbour. I am very grateful for the diplomacy used by Kerry to manage that situation and he kept us informed of work progress throughout. The materials and the quality of the work was superb - in fact better than I expected. The rest of the residents are pleased with the work and we hopefully will now have a completely weatherproof flat below - Kerry guarantees his work and takes great pride in his workmanship (rare these days). His communications with us were also excellent. Following the completion, he sought to check that we were completely happy and we had to wait for a couple of days to survey the site due to rain. He was keen to find out if we had any problems and gave us the opportunity to check everything was ok so that we could continue with the works below the asphalting. I would have no problem recommending Kerry at Eurolay to anyone for anything Asphalt related and he will now be my default choice in the future. Thanks

Kerry and his team are real professionals. I had a small balcony area asphalted. It look me some time between requesting a quote from Kerry and arranging for some other work to be done to allow Kerry to start. I found that all my questions (by e-mail) were answered in great detail and always within the same day. Kerry made me feel throughout the process that customer satisfaction was the only thing that mattered, and even didn't want to be paid until I'd had a couple of days to view his work. In terms of the work, it is very high quality and ourr flat was left pretty much spotless. Needless to say, I can highly recommend Kerry and his team!
