Alan was fab, made himself available for a quotation and was very good at communicating expectations with our tricky 70s fire place, quote was reasonable and he didn't push us to spend more than necessary, letting us know the things we could buy ourselves, he even advised on which fire to get. Once we had ordered the fire and got in touch he booked us in quickly and worked with our schedule to accommodate us. Fire went in quickly and efficiently with minimal fuss, was a little messy but thats to be expected, dust sheets were definitely necessary! Over all excellent service and fab results, we're very pleased 😁
