Great experience from start to finish. Arrived on time and was very clean and tidy. Top class service.

Mr Smallman was efficient, confident and competent. He travelled to Birmingham from Worcester in order to provide a (very reasonable) quote for the work which he honoured. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. We were very happy with it and would strongly recommend his services. (I'm posting this feedback belatedly. My apologies to Mr Smallman for the delay.)

No issues, actually found a more cost effective solution to our problem than replacing the whole window unit. Whole job wrapped up in 30 minutes with no mess.

Andy did a good job at a reasonable price. Communication was excellent and he arrived when he said that he would, despite the snowy conditions. We thought that he was first class would not hesitate to use his services again.
