Andy was very prompt in contacting me to discuss the job. Very easy to book an appointment. Job was completed in a timely manner. I have arranged for him to complete further work required. We were having real hassle with this door. Andrew arrived when he said he would, was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. Opened the door and sorted the lock with no fuss. Charged a reasonable amount. Highly recommended!
