Neil is both courteous & hard working - job finished to a high standard & he is very pleasant whilst working around the property - 100% recommendation.

Neil was excellent - he came out and provided a free quote at the time he said he would, and the job was completed quickly and with no fuss, and again he arrived exactly on time (which is very important to me, as I hate being mucked around). Thoroughly recommended.

Neil worked hard to get the work completed and even came back in on a Sunday to ensure it was completed in time. Many thanks!

This guy was great, really approachable smart and clean, being a pensioner and on my own I’m always a bit worried when I call someone in but this guy was just the best, he came all the way from Swindon, and helped to get me sorted he had quoted me a very reasonable price but when he’d done what he could HE NOCKED£10 OFF and he was already a no callout charge guy. I highly recommend him.

Great service. We needed our hot water tank replaced. It was booked in quickly and the work was done to a high standard and at a reasonable price. Would use them again.

A very professional job completed to a high standard. Fitted a water softener, moved a radiator and fitted another two. I would certainly recommend Neil.

Neil arrived when he said he would and was professional and efficient, in putting new taps in my bathroom basin. He even put isolator screws on the tap hoses, so I can turn them off from there, instead of the stop cock. I would have no hesitation whatsoever, in calling Neil again and recommending Neil, as an excellent plumber.

Neil phoned shortly after accepting the invitation, said he would view the job the next day and phone to inform me when he would arrive. He phoned, arrived, viewed the job, gave a quote and informed me what time he would arrive the next day to undertake the work and phone before he arrived. He did all of this. He arrived with his colleague, quickly got to work, no fuss, no bother, no drama and no mess. Very polite, comfortable to have them in the house and completed a quick, painless and competent job. If only all tradespeople would operate in this manner. Highly recommend and will definitely employ them again without a second thought.

Nice guy who arrived at the agreed time. Did the job straight away at a good price even though it proved more difficult than expected. I will use Neil again.
