After posting the job on my builder Callum was the first tradesman to make contact with us. The problem we had was a constantly running toilet. He came on time to assess the job, it appeared the job was more complex than anticipated, we have a concealed toilet/sink unit. He arranged to come back at a time convenient to us and quoted us for the work including parts. On arrival to complete the work Callum noted we had another problem, which required further parts he went to get the parts and completed the job. He did this and only asked for the original cost of the quote, despite this taking much longer than expected. I don’t normally ever give feedback, but on this occasion felt I needed to. I would not hesitate to recommend him, he is a great fella,honest, polite and punctual. The work is guaranteed for 12months and he advised us should we have any problems to give him a call.

Callum came to fix a flush in the toilet in my new house which saved the day with my little boy potty training. His communication was great, he was really quick to do the job and he explained everything he was doing. Toilet is now working perfectly and really happy with the service. Also he’s a really nice guy!

Mr Evans arrived right on time. He put on his 'overshoes' and got on with the job agreed upon which was to change the kitchen tap. He was very professional in his demeanour; communicating with me throughout to make sure I understand the job. He was thorough and cleaning the work area as he went along. The job was satisfactory done in less than an hour. The tap looks great and is working absolutely fine. Mr Evans instills confidence and professionalism and I would have no hesitation in enlisting his help for future works in the house.
