Very prompt response, came out within a few hours of my posting the job. Diagnosed the problem to be with the drain rather than plumbing, so did not actually work on it.

First class service from Callum. Communication was excellent from the start with a very early quote and subsequent appointment. We used WhatsApp to good effect. Callum had completed research into the type of cistern I had and found it was no longer available. The entire system was therefore replaced and it is now like new toilet. Fully informed throughout and a clean job completed. I have no hesitation in recommending Callum. Excellent service.
