Last minute cancellation of the job and Poor communication.

David responded very quickly and has now completed over 5 hours work after moving in to our new house. He has expertly put pictures up, made shelves for the airing cupboard, installed sanitary ware and hung a heavy mirror on the wall as well as a couple of challenging art works that were tricky to mount. He was not phased by anything and just went about doing the work in a calm and patient manner. He is thoughtful and professional and takes care of your property whilst keeping you informed of what needs to be done. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will certainly be using him again and passing on his details to my new neighbours with my total endorsement. I have rarely been so impressed and his work ethic is unrivalled. David is a true gem. You need look no further for a reliable, trustworthy and professional service that is competitively priced.

I found David Smith extremely helpful especially when in the beginning the water that came into was house was an awful lot, but he came to my property very quickly and did the necessary to fix the problem temporarily until he could come another day when it wasn't raining. He came a few days later and completed the job entirely to my satisfaction and I plan to use him again in the future. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have someone who knows exactly what needs doing and does it extremely well.
