Myles agreed date and price and delivered with a smile. Recommend.

I needed the job doing ASAP due to work commitments and Myles came the following day. Myles had to cut through the ceiling to locate the leak, which was done and fixed. He then arranged for a plasterer to come and repair the ceiling too. The central heating then had a problem on testing it, so Myles arranged for boiler engineer to come within the hour and fix the heating also. Although Myles was at my house longer than expected, the original quotation stood. Very happy with the job undertaken, timescales and final result

Myles of Ark Plumbing worked meticulously and achieved an excellent result. He was very organised and careful of our home, cleaning up each day. He was particularly understanding when the bath we ordered arrived damaged and had to be returned twice. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Myles responded quickly to our job on My Builder and came over the same day in the evening to fix a burst pipe. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. The job was completed quickly and for a reasonable price, as per his original quote on the phone. I would definitely recommend Myles and hire again should we have any further plumbing issues.

A professional job completed to a high standard on time and within budget

I would deffinately recommend Myles to anyone wanting work to be done. He was on time, polite, personable and proessfional, even when having to deal with the fact I had not sourced the appropriate parts. Although this was not down to him in anyway, he did all he could to help and advise us of what we needed to do. We were very satisfied with the completed job. WIll deffinately use Mylse again should the need arise.

Myles came to repair my toilet, a fairly simple job if it hadn't been bodged by whoever fitted it originally. Myles was here a lot longer than expected and it did result in a new toilet, which actually fits better in the bathroom than the original. He also took time to clean up after himself and has also followed up to check everything is okay. I would recommend him and will use him again if I have a plumbing need.

Highly recommend. Answered my questions with regards to another slight plumbing problem we were having, offered advice. Happy to answer all questions. The job turned out to be bigger than thought, a price was given before, and was stuck to even though Myles was here for longer. Tidied up when the job was finished!
