Professional construction company who understood the specification and had the the skilled employees capable of executing high quality work. Competitive quotation received. Job complted in 11 weeks, 1 week ahead of schedule. No snags. Very pleased with the results and would certainly use Arkadia again on future projects. No hesitation in giving a reference for them if required.

Arkadia from the start of this project to the end have been fantastic. From the initial visit from Damian to the site visit and subsequent visits from Mark I have always felt like they were a company that I could trust to build my extension. Not everything went according to plan and there were problems encountered along the way, however on every occasion I have to say that Mark and his team did all they could to rectify the situation, and to their credit they have always delivered. Arkadia have provided my family with a fantastic extension. The lads that work for the company were all friendly and respectfully of my home and my family and I never once heard any bad language, or any unacceptable behaviour around my children, which is a credit to the staff employed by the company. A special thanks must go to Mark as during the build he has always made himself available and has always returned our calls and as mentioned, when problems did arise he was quick to rectify them. When I employed Arkadia it was through feedback from this site and I have to say that I agree with all the other comments posted on here. They are a building company you can trust and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you again Arkadia and I wish you all success for the future.

I am really pleased about using Arkadia Construction. From their first visit to measure up and quote for the job, their service has been excellent. A schedule for both work and payments was agreed which seemed perfectly fair to both parties. There was an unforseen delay of about 6 days due to problems with the foundations of the existing structure and the Building Inspector being unhappy with the proximity of next door's trees. Once this was resolved, work restarted and the project came in only a couple of days behind schedule. Most impressive catch up. It naturally lead to an increase in cost, as extra work had to be carried out, but this was discussed and agreed with me before being commenced. There were a couple of slight problems at the end but, once again, these have been rectified without hassle. The work is now finished and I love having a space that is useful and pleasant to be in. I have no hesitation in recommending Arkadia. Everyone, from Sarah in the office, Damian and Mark who managed the project, to the men who carried out the various aspects of the work have been pleasant, helpful and professional throughout.

Hired Arcadia to construct a single storey extension and am very pleased with the result. From concept to completion they helped us through every step of the process, and used fantastic people to complete the job. They hit every deadline and finished a week early (including some minor adjustments I made along the way!). I didn’t know anyone in the construction trade – so choosing a company to make major alterations to our home was very daunting – but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Arcadia from the experience we had.

Arkadia carried out a 2 storey extension on the side of my property. Their Workmanship was to a Very High Standard. The Schedule of Works that was drawn up by Mark was Both Accurate and Clear. It was kept to and on a few aspects was completed prior to the date estimated. Their Strengths are: Politeness, Clarity, Cleanliness, Patience and willing to go that extra mile! I felt that from initial contact from Damian to the work being undertaken by Mark's team of tradesmen was second to none. They were available to answer my questions and queries and always put my mind at rest and were patient in the way they explain things to me. The various tradesmen that came were both clean and polite and always left my home in the same way as when they arrived. My extension was completed on time and MORE importantly "In Budget".... Would I recommend Arkadia to a Friend.... I already have done with confidence that they will do an excellent Job! Thank You Damian & Mark for all your hard work!

Prefer not mention price paid, but happy to state that whilst it wasn't the cheapest it was still below the average prices quoted. totally reliable and professional job done from start to finish. All workforce punctual, friendly and trustworthy. Listened to our input throughout and were happy to oblige to accommodate our requests as and when needed. Many people, including an architect and tradesmen, have remarked that really good job has been done and for a reasonable rate. My wife felt very comfortable with the workforce whilst in the house on her own with two yound children and never once felt intimidated - the chaps were all real gents, polite, considerate and tidied up well at the end of each day. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Arkadia to others
