Wayne was quick to give the quote. He completed the job on time and with good quality. This was the second work Wayne has completed in our property. A very reliable professional. Would hire him in future and would recommend his services.

Wayne did an excellent job knocking through the wall from our kitchen to dining room. The finish is perfect, and the work was done exactly as we wanted. Wayne was extremely careful to minimise dust and disruption, and was very friendly and professional. We're extremely satisfied, and would highly recommend Wayne.

I am very pleased with the work Wayne conducted in my house. Wayne arrived on the date agreed and on time and was fast, tidy and efficient in conducting his work. He finished the work in the timescale initially provided. I found him to be helpful and easy to talk to. I will definitely look into hiring him as my first option next time I will need new work in my house.

Wayne was great and managed to schedule the work a week after providing quote. Really happy the finish of the area where built in wardrobes taken out. Plastering of excellent standard. Left area clean tidy after. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommend.

Wayne completed various work in our home including; removing and re-plastering kitchen in readiness for new kitchen installation, skimming all artex ceilings, widening wall openings, removing wall and installing steel support. I have never hired a builder before and as someone with limited knowledge in this area, was nervous about it. However all jobs were completed to a high standard and we are very happy with the result. Wayne was well organised, completed jobs in a timely manner and continued to offer lots of help and advice for areas of the project we are completing ourselves, as there was still quite a bit of work to do after Wayne had finished. Wayne is someone who genuinely wants to help to the best of ability and has a broad range of knowledge around building/refurbishment, so I would definitely recommend and would ask him again for help.

Very positive experience using Wayne, he came round to quote same day and was very reasonably priced for what the work that we wanted doing. We are extremely happy with the work he completed, he kept us updated on his progress throughout the day and the next steps. I would have absolutely no problem recommending him to others and I will certainly be using him again in the near future. It is also worth noting the we hired Wayne during the Covid-19 crisis and he was very respectful of social distancing and was accommodating when conducting the work even though I am sure it made life slightly harder for him. Wayne did a great job converting and refurbishing our kitchen/diner - knocking down internal wall, new electrics, lights, plastering, plumbing (radiator and gas connection), plus replacing the flooring. Well-managed from start to finish, and the room now looks great! Really happy with the work, and would definitely recommend.

We've been burned before by other contractors (not on MyBuilder) so I was a little nervous about this job, however after meeting Wayne in person to quote the work I felt rest assured that we had made a good decision. His work ethic is excellent and was happy to be upfront, courteous and honest regarding all aspects of the work. Wayne was very organised, arrived with all the right people at the right times to help. Communicated every step of the work ensuring we knew who would be doing each part of the work and when. Clean up was excellent, all the debris created during the work was captured by carefully arranged dust sheets and carted away at the end of each day. All in all, we look forward to working with Wayne again for future projects (if he available and willing that is!)
