Absolutely fab amazing job really happy with it

I’d recommend this man everyday of the week. To start from the beginning, Alun responded to my ad, it was only a small outside porch he offered to come and give me a price, I didn’t want to drag him out for such a little job so sent him pictures. His communication by text was prompt and he also offered advice on grout etc. I told Alun which days I was off work and he was very accommodating. The night before the job he sent me a polite text checking he was still ok to start. He arrived dead on time and was a very friendly approachable man. He did a really lovely job and I would 100 percent use Alun again, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lastly when I went to pay him he generously reduced the price we’d agreed because I worked for the NHS, I tried to give him the full amount but he was adamant he wanted less. If you are looking for a tiler don’t hesitate to book this man, he’s reliable, very knowledgeable and skilled in his trade and also very kind!
