Complete bathroom renovation including tiled floor, freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Alan was hard working and punctual; and the work was completed to a good standard and on time.

Alan did a fantastic job. He was really helpful in terms of design suggestions, sourcing good quality and reasonably priced materials and the fitting and tiling was done to a very high standard. He was very tidy and efficient; he came when he said he would and completed the job in the timescale he gave us. Our ensuite is transformed - it's hard to believe it's the same room! I would definitely recommend him.

Alan done a great job and will be doing the refitting in our main bathroom, when we decide to start work.

Alan installed 2 sinks 2 toliets a Jacuzzi bath and shower door, he did an excellent job, everything was done to high standard. Alan turns up on time and gets straight to work always happy and singing in his work, he his a total professional he will also go that extra mile. Alan is a great guy who is dedicated to customer satisfaction, to the point he re-tiled a wall that we were not 100% happy with with a smile on his face and without question. Alan has turned our outdated and rather dingy bathroom into a clean modern bathroom in just four days, with the minimum of disruption. He has always arrived when he said he would, advised us on suitable (and best value) accessories like taps, towel rail, tiles etc and successfully sorted out some existing problems we were experiencing in our en-suite. The price he originally quoted was the price he charged, there were no nasty surprises. All in all we are delighted and I have no hesitation in recommending Alan. We will certainly ask him to quote for any future work.

Alan came to review the job, and informed us that the faulty tap cartridges were under a lifetime warranty with Roca. He then came back to fit the cartridges for us. Alan is professional, thorough and honest. I would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Alan supplied and fitted a bathroom and cloakroom. The job was done to a high professional standard. Both jobs were completed within a week Alan worked hard throughout the week and dealt with any problems that occurred, sorting them out quickly without any stress. He ensured that mess and disruption was kept down to a minimum and kept us informed at all times on how the work was going. I would highly recommended Alan and would have him back to complete any future work on my home.

We're really happy with the unsuite Alan refurbed for us. He was flexible enough to start early in the day so we could chat before I left for work in the morning and had everything done within the week as quoted. He has also managed to work around or fix the bodges of the previous owner and all at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Aqua Access to others, in fact I have already.

alan is a friendly professional person who arrived early every morning and worked hard all day.. we had bought all the fixtures fittings and tiles and told him exactly what we wanted ... he listens to what you want and accommadates it exactly..the bathroom was finished today and he has done a great job. he has totally transformed what was a 1960`s bathroom into a stunning modern contemporary room and we are more than pleased with the results.. he left everything clean and tidy and was more than trustworthy to be left keys every day while we were at work .. very nice man and very reasonable quote, so well done alan and thank you very much .. will definately use him again when extension is done which will require another bathroom ..
