Mark did a very professional job, did everything I wanted and I would recommend Mark to my friends. I also would not hesitate in contacting Mark for other jobs in the future. He worked really hard throughout, He was polite, patient and pleasant, willing to take time to listen and answer questions or queries about the job undertaken at every stage. He cares about doing a good job both aesthetically and in terms of keeping costs down, invoiced me for exactly what he had initially quoted. He has done a fantastic job in our bathroom and we now have the most amazing shower area. The job wasn't straight forwards and there were a few complications but Mark took it in his stride. Very hard working and friendly. I'm sure we'll be asking him back to do other jobs in the house soon.
