We had loose tiles, leaking ridges and flashing that needed replacing. Anti Aqua priced up and checked our roof on the Tuesday & the work was completed & finished by Friday afternoon, they offered to seal up our old single pane glass in the roof until we’ve saved for a new velux - all In all it was a job well done - thank you 😊

Job posted, organised and completed within 24hrs. Brilliant service, efficient and professional. Have them lined up for some other repairs to our roof in a few days time too.

Gerrard was quick to respond to my ad, however not impressed one bit with him just turning up unannounced and no one was home. I had a miscall at 13:43, then another at 14:19. I can't pick up phones whilst I'm at work, so I text at 14:20 to say I couldn't pick up at work. He replied at 14:23 to say the job was complete. There was no discussion of when I was to expect him to be at my house, nor was there discussion before the work started if there was any other problems with the dry verges. Later he explained the problem with the dry verges - but why was this not discussed before the job was done? His reply was "well you didn't answer your phone". He could have left me a voicemail or text or even WhatsApped me, none of that was done before I instructed the go ahead. If I wanted the job done properly, I'd have to pay him again - plus the payment of him coming unannounced to pin TWO caps down. He then had the cheek to text me to chase for payment. You can chase via text for payment, but you couldn't have the decency to text to notify me of you turning up - what kind of service is that?! I feel absolutely bullied and completely ripped off. I would definitely not use him again, nor recommend him.
