Andy coordinated our renovation of a very run down property that we bought and needed extensive work that included a new roof, full house re-wire, new windows and doors,the moving of internal walls upstairs and downstairs, some of which were supporting walls, a new kitchen, new bathroom that is fully tiled and also took down a very dilapidated porch and replaced with a canopy over the front door and the bay window that he also rebuilt. Andy also built on late request by ourselves a quality 50ft dividing fence with sunken concrete posts that would withstand a hurricane in our back garden. Andy's quality is superb with no shortcuts and was finished to a standard promised from the start, Andy also asked if job was to our satisfaction on nearly a daily basis as well as keeping us up to speed on work completed and what work was to be done that day. Andy finished our build on time and on budget with no hidden costs at the end due to a good open dialogue throughout. Andy's strengths are his diversity of trades to his arsenal his very obvious honesty and a very good feel to what you want from him in the build, "even when you don't talk the jargon like me".
