Alex and John responded quickly to our job, they turned up when they said they would and took a good look at the state of our roof before making suggestions. They recommended some options to us and provided clear costs for the different routes. I cannot fault their work ethic and the way that they carried out the repairs. They identified necessary additional work and presented clear options on what we could do - all of which we agreed with. All work was completed to a high standard and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing repairs and maintenance.

They've done a fantastic work repairing our roof. Very professional and clearly communicated well with everything needed to complete the job. We are very pleased and highly recommended ACP for all your roofing needs.

Quality work completed however Alex invoiced for additional works (and therefore cost) after agreeing to a set figure. ACP's invoices do not include enough detail - the source of the issue in my instance.

Alex gave me a competitive quote that I accepted. He arrived exactly on time and immediately started on the job. He kept me informed on progress through photos and identified what additional work was needed. The work was completed in a professional way and the site left clean and tidy. The cost of the extra work was proportional to what had to be done. I would use him again.

Did a good repair and generally happy, although completed work ended up costing more than quoted work, because job was more extensive.

Fantastic service from Alex to repair the mortar and felting around our leaking chimney. Came and quoted quickly, took photos and explained what was causing the leak and how it should be repaired. Gave a competitive quote and was able to do the work on a day that suit us. He also took photos of the finished work and gave a guarantee. Couldn't ask for more, would highly recommend.

Alex answered my call to fix a section of "soffit" which had rotten. He came the following day to have a look. Gave me a quote the next day and all done and dusted, fitted and fixed within 24 hours thereafter. Not a big job but one that needed done sooner rather than later. All in all very satisfied. Alex and his colleagues were polite, efficient and cleaned up after them. Will use them again.
