    Cutting back bushes
    Two men arrived a little later than they said but turning up and cut back the bushes as requested. Didn't clear all the ivy as promised as they said the van was full! I felt it was little on the expensive side - £250 for just over 1 1/2 hours work!!

    Hi janet as we use petrol equipment and 2mens wages also waste removal i think its a fair price very sorry about the ivy remaining they should have took it away and ive had a word thanks tom

    Garden over-haul
    The speed of response was excellent, I had to haggle a little over the price, just to make sure I knew what we had agreed for the price. Once agreed the work was completed as promised. I would use them again.

    Two lawns replaced with paving stones

    Front garden
    Was really nervous at the beginning but Tom reassured me that they would do a great job, so I put my full trust in him and his team and all I can say is they didn't let me down 😊 Getting loads of compliments from neighbours and everyone. Thank you Tom 👍

    Clear out back garden and level - 35sq ft
    Made the mistake of paying these guys before they had cleaned up and finished the job. Weeks later they still haven't cleaned up the huge mess they've made despite numerous promises to do so. I'm now going to have to get it done by somebody else. Absolute disgrace

    Initial response from customer he was very pleased with work we carried out work on a wet Saturday morning he was happy with work some mud stains left on driveway i assured customer i would get this cleaned out as soon as possible i have been bery busy with work as soon as i have some spare time i will get this cleaned up as will only take 30 mins.     Level garden and lay new grass
    Fairly good outcome but we felt we had to persist on a few things we found unsatisfactory until they got done. A bit let down by the service and the fact that the initial agreed price increased by 10% . They failed to identify the requirements of the job despite the two initial reviews and asked for us to cover the rest of the expenses. We had to pay for almost the full price with about 2/3 of the work done, however they completed the task as agreed.

    Remove shed & foundation stone
    Tom has recently been sorting out our garden ,we wanted him to remove the shed & its foundation &also clear pavement blocks. It was a pleasure to get the work done by Tom &his men.Tom is very polite,efficient & a very professional landscaper. I would definitely recommend Thomas Collins .
