I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. The quote provided covered strimming and mowing around a quarter of an acre, which was overgrown and neglected at the time. At the end of the job, you expressed dissatisfaction that the lawn was uneven and full of holes caused by your previous tenants’ dogs, However, that issue is unrelated to our work, as we were not hired to fill the holes or level the lawn.
