Baxi Combi 105HE Boiler Problem
Liam is a really nice guy, very knowledgeable and happy to go the extra mile. Highly recommended gas engineer.

Water leak coming through ceiling
Liam was very thorough and detailed in his work, attending at short notice and late at night. We would use Liam again.

Slow leaking pipe repair asap
Liam responded immediately and arrived promptly the next day. Communication was spot on, talking through both the issue and next steps. Very transparent pricing. Will be asking to quote for further work.

Disconnection of old gas fire and immersion heater
Really reluctant to give negative feedback but I am only giving my honest opinion. On the positive: 1) Liam responded quickly on this site. 2) He attended on time for both the quote and the job. 3) he fit the shower, disconnected the immersion heater and removed the old fireplace as agreed at the quote stage. The negatives: 1) I had to go to work and gave him a key for the front door to lock up, writhin 2 hours he had lost my key. 2) I asked for the shower to be fitted in the centre, the shower hose/head was fitted in the corner against the wall. 3) 2 neighbors complained he dumped things on the street. I assume they were taken by people of a certain type but at no time did he ask me if dumping things in my street was ok. 4) Despite telling me he will remove the water tank from the attic and charging me for this, he called before leaving saying he could remove it as it was steel and he was not insured! I suppose when he first quoted me he might have thought it was made of paper? Either way he didn't offer to pay me any of the money for the water tank in the attic so I'm having to pay another contractor to remove it. 5) The place was left untidy including part of a pipe and some nails on the carpet on the stairs, this could have caused an injury if I had not spotted them. Whilst Liam was a nice enough person for the reasons above I would not be engaging his services again.

Hi zeena. 1, I dropped your key in the attic, it fell from my pocket as I crawled across the joists in your loft on my belly. I apologised, we looked for it for ages. Could not find it. I apologised for this. 2, the shower unit was fit in centre as requested, the shower rail offset to side. As is standard installation. 3,people of a certain type? Wtf! Is that thinly veiled racism I’m guessing as a majority of scrap metal collectors are travelling folk, or of Eastern European descent! A disgusting comment. You should be ashamed. I have screen shotted your comment and am putting an official complaint into my builder. Who are you to look down your nose upon those who collect scrap metal. I left the Gas fire I took out as a freebie extra for you on the street. Some one may be able to buy a loaf of bread because of that? Your a horrible horrible person. 4, I said we would cut the tank out if it were plastic, if it were asbestos or steel. I would not do so. I rang you to tell you that I would not be doing so, but Had gone above and beyond by running a new main in to your bathroom from the kitchen and done so for the agreed price And not charged you extra. Paper? Grow up. Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit and you are proving to be exceptionally ignorant / close minded as it is. Stop digging. 5. I apologise if we left a little bit of pipe. We do not use nails.We pride our selves on our work and customer satisfaction. Treating everyone as equal, judging no one.

Plumbing work to prepare for letting
We are very happy with Liam's work. He had to come out a number of times unneccessary due to the Waterboard not responding to us. We will definately use Liam again.

Leaking toilet base
Liam came on time. Fixed our toilet on the spot. Explained everything to me so I understood. Worked very hard. Thanks Liam.

New Downstairs toilet
We had Liam replace our small downstairs toilet and he did a fantastic job. He came round very quickly and ran through the process whilst being very professional and polite. He was very knowledgable and punctual throughout the entire process. The completed work was of very high quality and I also liked the fact he double checked details before commencing any work (i.e. where certain fixtures were to be placed) he even hung pictures for us which I actually never expected him to do. The price was very good value and along with his friendly personality it was a pleasure to have him in our house. Highly recommend.
