Alex came round to see our job, he was very knowledgeable and professional. There were three elements to the job and Alex sent us a detailed quote of each separate element. The quotes were very reasonable and inline with the costing guides on my builder website. The work was done in two days by Brandon and Mitchell, they were very hardworking, got on with the job and didn't bother us at all except for access to power. The three jobs were all completed to a very high standard, they look aesthetically pleasing and we are very happy with the outcome. There was one loose wire which had been left dangling, it was just missed when they were tidying up, I emailed the office, they apologised and Brandon and Mitchell came back the following afternoon after another job and sorted it out. Overall this was a brilliant service and I would recommend this firm wholeheartedly to anyone. Richard and Judith

They did a fantastic job. They kept myself informed, they took loads of pictures to show the problems and the fix, they took the time to explain me what they were going to do, and also to point out other things that I didn't know, and even to tell me that certain parts of the chimney were not as bad as I thought they were and they did not need to do anything on that specific part, which is great when a company does that. The viewing and the quote was precise and on point, the charge, invoice and payment went smooth too. Everything went accordingly to plan and I'm very satisfied with the works.

Requested quote via myBuilder to get an idea of prices to replace porch and bay window roofs. A few days later Alex (director) came over early in the morning to look at the works required (as I was at work all day) and by the afternoon I had a very detailed quote. I liked the detail as I knew what I was paying for. It was competitive with others I had received, but by far the most comprehensive. On commencement of the works, the team (Brandon and Alex) worked tirelessly all day. They arrived just before 8am and left at 6pm, pretty much not stopping. They did not have a part for the guttering on the first day and arrived promptly the next day to fit it. Brandon answered questions I had as well on the last day and fixed something that had come loose from the works without question. On completion of the works I was shown/sent photos of the work at every stage. I cannot fault their commitment. They value their customers, work tirelessly, are reliable, take pride in their work and can be trusted. The team including the office staff were really friendly and answered questions if I asked them. Overall really impressed. Would highly recommend.
