Immediately after Martin had installed a combi boiler for me, I asked him to do a bathroom refurbishment as well. The specification covered a long list of jobs, some substantial (e.g. moving a bath without disturbing existing tiling), and others quite small (e.g. fitting a shower screen). Again, I was happy with the results - everything was done to a high standard, with all the care, attention to detail and concern for quality which I’ve come to expect from Martin. There isn’t much else to add to the feedback I posted on 22 July for the boiler job, except to say that because of some unexpected problems, this job (a) took a good deal longer to complete than expected, and (b) required a couple of return visits to sort out a persistent problem with the toilet cistern. Martin made no attempt to increase his quote because of (a); and once told about the problem, he returned promptly to sort out (b), again at no extra cost.
