Good communication before doing the job. came on time (actually became available a day earlier then we originally scheduled which I was very pleased with). Worked efficiently and left the place clean and tidy. Also took away the old hob.

Quick arrangement, arrived promptly. Very nice and friendly person to do business. Job done at agreed quote price. Also following up with certificate for the installation. Highly recommended.

Martin did an excellent job fitting my new hob and even took away my old one. He stuck to the agreed price even though the job took longer than expected. Will definitely hire him again - I have another job for him already.

Martin came and replaced my heating system with a new combi boiler and also all of the heaters in the flat. He was very reliable and the work was carried out efficiently and thoroughly and I'm pleased with the finished work. I would certainly recommend Alaspects to friends and would use him again.

Immediately after Martin had installed a combi boiler for me, I asked him to do a bathroom refurbishment as well. The specification covered a long list of jobs, some substantial (e.g. moving a bath without disturbing existing tiling), and others quite small (e.g. fitting a shower screen). Again, I was happy with the results - everything was done to a high standard, with all the care, attention to detail and concern for quality which I’ve come to expect from Martin. There isn’t much else to add to the feedback I posted on 22 July for the boiler job, except to say that because of some unexpected problems, this job (a) took a good deal longer to complete than expected, and (b) required a couple of return visits to sort out a persistent problem with the toilet cistern. Martin made no attempt to increase his quote because of (a); and once told about the problem, he returned promptly to sort out (b), again at no extra cost.

Martin fitted in perfectly with our oven/ hob delivery timing, turned up when he said he would, did a great job, left the place clean and tidy and we would definitely use him again. He even discounted the job by £10 as we had both mis-added up the two quotes.

We hired Martin to install our new central heating system and to remove the existing storage heaters and water tank in our flat. Martin gave us an extremely competitive price compared to other plumbers. He was very professional in his approach to the job and its execution. Martin was extremely reliable, always on time and carried out the work as per the quotation with no hidden costs. Martin finished the job on time and even fixed a problem with our shower at no extra cost. I am extremely happy with the work he has carried out and would not hesitate in recommending hom to anyone recommending him to anyone. We are already recommending him to friends and will be using Martin again in the future.

We were v pleased with Martin's work. He installed our new oven for a good price and to a good standard and was a nice bloke into the bargain. Would def recommend him.
