Martin was very helpful. Although the job that I had hoped he could carry out could not take place (due to my antiquated heating system) Martin took the time to explain why and helped me think about the work I might need to consider in the near future. Would recommend him.

Martin and Jon are very capable plumbers / gas engineers. They managed to diagnose and repair many faults / leaks in my father's heating system (which had originally been badly fitted by another plumber). They work hard, are reasonably priced, turn up on time and have a very friendly yet professional approach. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Absolutely excellent, Martin took away the worry in hiring someone for building repairs. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and does fast, efficient, great work. He arrived when he said he would and even finished the job slightly faster than expected. All said, we will definitely ask him to do other work, provided of course all these great reviews don't mean that he'll become too busy!!

Martin was efficient, rapidly installed new central heating boiler and thermostat. He was helpful in advising on choice of boiler and flexible about fitting in with our availability. All left clean and tidy after he'd finished.

Martin & Jon did a great job on our boiler install (a job which included removing an aged stored water heating system and replacing 2 leaking radiators) and I would certainly hire them again. I echo other happy customers who have reported that Martin's communication makes a real change to my past experience of builders/tradespeople: he explains the job thoroughly, keeps you advised of progress and problems, and turns up when he says he will (or calls to say he's been delayed).
