Martin did a first class job. Was prompt, professional and helpful. Have already hired him for other work.

Prompt, professional response with a quick diagnosis of the problem and a speedy resolution (4 days from initial posting to completion of this non-urgent job). Martin delivered as promised and the quote was a reasonable one. He was friendly and left the bathroom in a tidy condition. No complaints - and I would use Martin again. Thank you.

Martin was punctual, polite and explained clearly what needed to be done. It was a pity that additional work needed carrying out, but Martin sorted it with minimal fuss. The work completed was to a high standard and importantly he cleaned up at the end. I was also pleasantly suprised that Matrtin phoned the next day to check whether there had been any leaks on the system and came back on time to sort out where there was a minor problem. Would definately call Martin again and recommend to other customers.

Excellent work, explains everything, nothing too much trouble, fast, reliable and on-time, tidy, and courteous. Highly recommend Martin & John. Installed a new combi-boiler, dealt with moving the location of the boiler which meant putting a hole through to outside and sealing off old vent on 4th floor. (some quotes said scaffolding would be needed) Also concealed piping very neatly in the wall - a must for aesthetics for a new kitchen build. Boiler positioned meticulously where a new kitchen cabinet will be built. Removed old water tank from the roof, took out a shower pump that was no longer needed, re-routed piping, installed an easy to use, wireless temperature control, ... etc. Since it went so well I asked for two old radiators to be replaced, which they did in the same timeframe. So glad I did. Very friendly trustworthy guys. Everything working perfectly and on time to fit in with the kitchen works.

Job done quickly & neatly. Solved long standing problem that many plumbers had failed on. He discovered the cistern support was 100% rust & close to collapse - got & fitted replacement without increasing charge. Loo is now smooth push button model and NO LEAKS!

I am extremely pleased with the work done. The boiler and radiator were replaced ahead of schedule and everything was done to a high standard. Communication was also excellent. Highly recommended.

Martin turned up very fast to our flat for an emergency, and although the problem with our water pipe was more complex than anticipated, he fixed the leak quickly and for a reasonable price. He was also pleasant to deal with. Would recommend him.
