Leak under bath to flat downstairs
Martin was really excellent explaining the work that needed to be done and cost, giving breakdown. He also gave suggestions to how problem could be resolved and ways of making it not incurr in the future. He was also very patient not pushing you into making a decision right away. I would recommend him to anyone especially ladies who needs a honest man tou help out and give feedback that can be understood. Out of 10 I would definitely give him a 10.

Rising damp work in our kitchen means we need a plumber to disconnect and cap our cold and hot water feed to the kitchen sink, washing machine and dishwasher. I then need you to return 2-3 days later to reconnect the same services.
Disconnection needs to take place on Monday 20th August, in the afternoon if possible, but earlier in the day if absolutely necessary.
Martin capped off our water supply in advance of damp proofing works and partially disassembled our kitchen. In addition, he offered me good advice about how to improve airflow underneath our house. I will be using Martin again and would happily recommend him.
