Job was to move a radiator to original room it was in and install larger one in extension. A previous heating engineer couldnt/wouldnt do the job. However Martin had a look at it and said he could solve the problem. He arrived on time and never stopped all day. When it was done one radiator ( not part of the job) wouldnt fire up but he tweeked the rest and said give it a few minutes. Hey presto it came on. I cant believe the difference the job has made to the comfort in the kitchen and extension. He even cleaned up. I will be saving his number for the future. Thanks Martin.

Was in contact promptly , visited for a free estimate , suggested changing the Drayton wireless thermostat .Fixed a minor problem with overflowing pipe in toilet cistern for no extra charge. Agreed the job , came when agreed (confirmed appointment again by text 1hr before). Thermostat installed (old one removed) very neat job. Heating is working now no problem. Problem was intermittent so perhaps it is too early too say but so far so good.

Good response, good communications throughout. Problem looked solved - but then wasn't. Again, good response and communication. Came back the next day and spent all the time needed to sort the problem. I'm pleased and I'd recommend Alaspects to anyone.
